What is the product number of your PC?

To find the product number, run the Windows system information app.

The product number can be found on the System SKU line.

Based on sampling some of the models listed under that general model series, my initial belief is that there is nothing you can do to upgrade the hardware in that model series to meet Microsoft's W11 hardware requirements.

If your PC's hardware cannot be upgraded to meet Microsoft's minimumW11 hardware requirements and if you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3.

You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

It won't cost you anything but a little time.
