So I've recently become a bit obsessed with improving my PC; the base AIO is really good, fast enough and good for what I need (I've added another stick of RAM to help too) but I really want to boost it even more, as I am aware Intel Pentium is fairly dated.
I was researching the different types of CPU slots and motherboards and from what I've found, both CPUs will fit my motherboard, yet the support document for my computer only gives the latter as an available upgrade.
What makes these two CPUs so different, and will the first work on my computer as opposed to the second?

Yes, the 95W i5-2400 is better specs than the i5-2400s in some areas.

It really is immaterial, because if you try to install the 95W processor in your PC, it won't boot up.
