I want to upgrade my pc but i dont know if my motherboard can handle the psu i am ordering.

Hello, a motherboard has any maximum wattage for his power supply, so any problem with this. 

 

However he has an other problem for your PC, your motherboard don't have standard power connectors. You can see your motherboard's connectors:

You can search a power supply with your Small from factor connectors, or use an adapter ; and you need to verify dimensions of your power supply.
