Welcome to our HP Community forum!
I am very familiar with the HP Pavilion TP01-3003w platform, but HP Reno motherboard specifications do not provide detailed information about the power output of individual SATA ports.
However, the HP Reno motherboard is known to have SATA connections for drives that utilize standard 15-pin SATA power cables. It's reasonable to assume that the SATA power ports on the HP Reno motherboard adhere to the general SATA power connector standard of up to 54-Watt.
I am just speculating here, but given that the 4-pin motherboard SATA power port cables usually come with two 15-pin SATA power connectors, they can probably deliver up to 108-watt: 54-watt each for two 15-pin SATA power cables, such as seen with p/n: 628567-001 "6200 PRO 4-Pin To 2x SATA Motherboard Power Cable".
Also, in addition to a 500-watt power supply upgrade, there is also a 650-watt power supply upgrade available -see my upgrade link.
Kind Regards,
