I have a new computer and it only has 4GB of memory. I was going to upgrade it but it does not have any memory slots. Is the Memory part of the SSD?

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
According to: HP All-in-Once PC 22-df0000a (7UH41AV) Manuals | HP® Customer Support and: Maintenance and Service Guide HP 200 G4 22 All-in-One Business PC, there is only one (1) RAM slot in your HP All-in-Once PC 22-df0000a (7UH41AV):
You could change out the 4GB RAM module for an 8GB or 16GB RAM stick.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,

Your AIO specifies a DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM stick.
If you are going ahead upgrading your RAM, get the 16GB RAM stick such as: Crucial 16GB (p/n: CT16G4SFRA266) or a Samsung 16GB (p/n: M471A2K43CB1-CTD) RAM stick.
You could install a 16GB 3200 MHz RAM stick (DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM stick), even though your AIO will down throttle it to run at 2666 MHz.

Not to spit in the wind ad nauseam, but I must insist: there IS a RAM slot in your AIO, why else would it show up in the manual's link I posted earlier AND on HP's PartSurfer site:
See for yourself here: HP PartSurfer.
