1. The box shows the number as GT=15-2194 and this differs from the number that was obtained from the product search when I added a device to my profile. Which one is correct?
I want to add an Internal 4TB SAMSUNG SSD 870EVO
The specs for the computer (online description) lists two SATA connections, but I can find only one on the board. It is labeled 'SATA 1', There is only one short SATA connection cable and I have that attached to the internal hard drive.
2. Is there a second SATA connection? If there is a second one, where might I find it?
The specs lists two hard drive slots, mine has only one. I expected the computer to be built to specs, and I am disappointed.

Greetings @Robvasi
Welcome to the HP Forum.
It's really tough to find HP MB images these days.
Can you upload a nice clear image of your PC's chassis' internals including a good MB image?
You have a newer HP 25L PC.
The older version HP 25L PCs have two MB SATA connections near the front of the case. The older 25L PC's can do up to two 3.5 inch HDDs or two 2.5 inch SATA SSDs. The HDD cages are at the front of the case.
This HP Site lists ArcticL MB specs for your PC. No MB image.
I can't find MB SATA connections listed at this HP MB site. I also can't find any reference to MB SATA connections at the Product Site.

Thank you. T
he specs I referred to were from Best Buys webpage. Based on your research, it seems that I have only 1 SATA connection. Nothing I can do now. I thought about an exchange, and then concluded that it would be a gamble as to what I got. So, I will end up with some external drives.
I will accept your reply as resolving my question.
