OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000a (4Q9S4AV)

Hello there,

I did a factory reset and reset my PC completely and removed everything on it. When I turned it back on and the windows 11 installation happened for some reason it wasn’t showing any wi-fi’s and that I have no internet, which can’t be the case since the wifi is working everywhere in the house except for desktop. I’ve been stuck on “Let’s connect you to the internet.” screen and I bypassed it to check my Device Manager to see if my wifi drivers needed to be updated or something, and I couldn’t even find the network adapter. That leaves me to believe that I need to download the all the drivers I need on a different PC and transfer them over but the problem is I don’t know the exact drivers I need to download to fix this issue.

I suggest downloading all three of the wireless drivers in the network section of the software and driver web document and  putting them  in a USB flash drive.

Try each one. It won't hurt a thing to try them.

The download web document

You could always purchase a cheap @ $10.00 USB wifi dongle, plug it in and then use the internet to get drivers for your installed WIFI adapter. It is always worth having a usb WIFI dongle around, just for times like this.

How do I put them on a USB flash drive and put them on my PC?

You may need to take a class on using the internet and Windows PC.

As an alternative, you can always go to YouTube and search for a video tutorial on a task for the PC or web browser that you are unfamiliar with. Watch the video and learn the task at your own pace.

Plug a USB flash drive into the PC you are using to connect to the HP driver download document I provided.

Click on download and when you are given the choice of where to download the drivers, navigate to the USB flash drive and save them there.

I will navigate to that very page and provide images for you that show what I am describing.

Step2.png

Plug a USB flash drive into a port on the PC you are using to do this. I named my formatted USB flash drive WIFI DRIVER.

Step3.png

Click on allowClick on allow

Now you have all three divers on the USB to plug into your other PCNow you have all three divers on the USB to plug into your other PC

Now you can remove the USB flash drive and plug it into the PC that lacks the WIFI drivers.

Try them one at a time.

One of them should work
