OMEN by HP 875-1000 Obelisk Desktop PC (5MU99AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HP System Diagnostics Utility recognizes the newly connected second 1.82 TB Hard Drive, and states the model number, serial number, and size, but my OS, Windows 11, dpes not recognize or list it. The computer has two bays for adding two hard drives, and the OS does recognize the first hard drive that I installed. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi:

If the drive is brand new, you probably need to initialize the drive using the disk management tool in Windows.

The Disk Management tool was tried and it worked perfectly. Thank you for your reply.
