HP ENVY 34 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 34-c1000 (4G584AV)

Hello everyone. I have just purchased this AIO and all is great apart from abysmal mouse and keyboard.

It obviously has internal dongle to connect these to the system. How do I upgrade to another keyboard and mouse?

Can I just utilise one of the USB slots, and pair them with the system? And what if I just want a new mouse?

Please advise but it is non urgent. Thanks

Since that PC has built-in BlueTooth, I assume that is how the keyboard/mouse is connected.  If you are unhappy with the keyboard and/or mouse, then it would seem that either a wireless Bluetooth or wired USB keyboard/mouse would work.  If you have doubts about the on/ones you choose, make sure on the return policy before buying replacements.  USB ports typically only need USB 2.0 but USB 3.0 are also available on the PC, so either way, it should work.
