Product: HP ENVY Desktop - 750-114

My wireless mouse suddenly stopped working.  The batteries are good.  Tried resest.  Turned mouse and computer on/off.  Held down both right and left mouse buttons and cycled mouse power on/ off.  No response.

Welcome back to the Forum.

 

The mouse or the USB transmitter/receiver may have failed if the batteries are okay.

 

Try the USB dongle in all of your PC's available USB ports.
