hi
If your power supply is not strong enough
It is necessary to check the manufacturer's recommendations of the graphics card found
Dimension, pci slot required, power supply required
ex:
https://us.msi.com/Graphics-Card/GeForce-RTX-3060-Ti-GAMING-X-8G-LHR/Specification
8-pin x 1 + 6-pin x 1
600W
278 x 131 x 51 mm
See according to your box not to install something too big, especially if it already tends to heat up
@old_geekster' kb may help

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-000bla (3US69AA) according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-gaming-desktop-pc-690-0000a/37730935/model/22185792..., is fitted with an 180 watt power supply.
The answer to your question, quote: "can you put a RTX 3060ti on the sunflower motherboard?" is perhaps it will fit dimensionally (LxHxW), but an180 watt power supply provides way too little power to make an RTX 3060 Ti work, which requires AT LEAST a 400 watt power supply: PSU for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti | Power Supply Calculator (whatpsu.com).
Kind Regards,
