I recently bought 2x16 3200h of ram memory, but when I checked the frequency it was lower than usual (2400), they told me to activate the XMP, but I can’t find this function in my BIOS.
My old memory was at 2666hz, so did I have a downgrade?

@LipeAzy , welcome to the Community.
If you are not finding a setting for XMP's in the BIOS, it most likely is not available. HP doesn't use XMP's to overclock their memory, but use the standard JEDEC's added to the memory by the manufacturer. Therefore, you won't be able to get your new memory to overclock unless you can find a third-party app that will work.
