We bought a new 2024 Dell laptop running Windows 11 in S mode. The Windows 11 software has a bug in the HP laserjet M15w driver. When you print to the HP M14 laserjet the print queue shows 'printing 3 of 1, error' and the print job hangs in the print queue. The only way to remove the print job is to remove and readd the M15w printer to Windows. Note, since I am in the wonderful world of S mode, I downloaded and ran the 'HP app' from the Microsoft store. It appears to be worthless in repairing the driver, ie the bug is still in the driver. Note, on my NON S mode Windows machine, I fixed the driver via installing the 'Basic_Webpack_x64-46.4.2644-LJM14-M17_UWL_Basicx64_Webpack ' software from the HP website. Well, is it Time to leave S mode ?

I am receiving the same error trying to post in the printer community, yet I can post here LOL.
So I posted my question here. Can the moderator please move my M15W question to the printer community ?

Hey folks, spamming this thread with your other issues that you cannot post is not really helpful.
In any case, it seems something was fixed. I could post my question now (for reference: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Scanning-Faxing-Copying/EasyScan-hangs-during-double-sided-scanning-on...)
