Looking to install OEM Bluetooth card and both Antennas with the rear cover for my Z1 G5 Entry Tower but can't seem to find anything with my online search.

Any help would be appreciated.

What I recommend you do is to purchase a M.2 desktop Wi-Fi kit and install the Wi-Fi adapter in the available M.2 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth slot.

Thanks Paul for your suggestion.  However, I have 2 of these Z1 G5 Entry Tower computers and one has the original M2 card (9560NGW) and both internal antennas.  Works great and I'm hoping to find the same HP internal antennas for the second computer.  Tons of other HP OEM antennas seem to be available for other HP models (both new and eBay used) but the correct ones for the Z1 G5 Entry Tower are curiously not available for some reason.  Was hoping this forum would help me with part numbers or possibly a modified search.
