Z440 Bios from 2.62 to 2.57

Can someone help me reset my BIOS? I’ve tried everything because of TPM 2.0. I currently have 1.2 and my BIOS is 2.62, and I want to change it to 2.57. i have also windows 11 pro

Yes, it will: follow my "SUMMARY" to the letter and regardless of whether you run W11 or W10, it will change TPM 1.2 to TPM 2.0.
