all in one 23-q014 motherboard

Hi all.

I have a all in one 23-q014 pc has motherboard problem.

i sent item to hp and they called me today.they want $450+tax for replace to motherboard.

i just checked hp parts website and hp doesn't sell motherboard for this item.

Can anybody help me where can i find this motherboard?

Going through your post, I see that you need the motherboard replaced for your HP all-in-one. This can be done through HP service center or through HP part store. Since the part is unavailable in HP part store, I am afraid that the only option is to go through the HP service center.
