Desktop PC (all-in-one) does not start at all. I tried all possibilities the virtual assistant provided me. Cable is all right and connected to power

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

The CPU installed in your PC was released for sale in Q2'19. So I am guessing your PC is out of warranty unless you have an extended warranty.

 

I would say you may have: an external power supply problem, a MB, problem, or a component connected to the MB problem if the PC shows no sign of life (no sounds, no LEDs, and no video output) when it is connected to reliable AC power and powered on.

 

You would have try the PC in a minimum config (CPU and one stick of RAM) and then swap in all discrete components, one at a time, to find the faulty part. I can't say if replacing the CR2032 MB battery would help but it's something to try if you have not replaced this part.

 

Otherwise you might need to have a local PC Tech diagnose the problem.

 

Swapping in replacement components until you find the bad part can get really expensive.
