 i accidentally turned off all usb ports in the bios and could not restore it as it was

You will need to reset the CMOS settings to their factory settings. That should restore use of the USB ports.

The procedure is very straightforward and actually boils down to removing the CMOS RTC battery for 30 seconds and replacing it.

i affraid to break the guarantee shield if i do reset cmos, well i will ask the vendors.. i hope it works

Opening it will not violate the warranty unless you damage something inside.

i can not remove the rear cover easily like that video, how he did it?

Look at all of the videos in the link that explain how to remove the associated required parts that will enable you to access the CMOS battery.

 

If you are unable to remove the cover and associated required parts, perhaps you should pay to have someone do it for you.

 

Not everyone is a DIY'er.

Hi, I have the same problem. I followed the video showing the reset of the Bios, but despite trying to keep the battery off for several hours, the usb port are still disabled
