Hi:
With a 180W P/S, I'd go with the Nvidia GT 1030 2 GB DDR5 graphics card which only has a power draw of 30 Watts.
Someone else would have to help you with upgrading the P/S.
I only upgrade my PC's with what components I know will work with the power supply it came with.

You're very welcome.
If you enter the serial number of your PC in the search window at the link below, it may tell you what wattage power supply HP installed in it.
If it only has a 180W P/S, a GTX 1650 would probably be too much for it as it has a 75W power draw.
The specs for the general model series indicates that the PC could come configured with either a 180W P/S or a 300W P/S.
If it has the 300W P/S, a GTX 1650 would be OK.

You're very welcome.
I guess you are going to have to open up the PC and check the label on the power supply.
Here is the parts list for a 400G2 MT PC I picked at random, and it has a list of the different power supplies and power supply part numbers it can come with.
The part number of your PC's power supply should be on the label of the P/S and if it is just the 180 W one, and you want to upgrade it, you have the part number list for the 300W power supplies you can choose from.
You probably need this one which is dual voltage.
