Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Your HP Slim Desktop PC S01-pF1000i (8SP30AV) is fitted with a 180-watt power supply, and a low-profile RTX 3050 requires at least a 250-watt power supply: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/msi-rtx-3050-low-profile-6-gb.b11696.
I replied to a similar/related question before: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/HP-Pavilion-Desktop-slim-line-..., and as you can see, upgrading an HP Slim(line) power supply is problematic, in that there are no official power supply upgrades made.
However, as I pointed out, there are power supplies with the same/similar "P2" power connector that should (mind you: I haven't actually tried it) be compatible with your BakerMS motherboard. The point is though, that these power supplies wouldn't physically fit in your case because they are larger than the mini-sized 180-watt power supply you got.
For example, in addition to the 400-watt power supply I referenced in my aforementioned post, this 500-watt power supply with p/n: L89233-001 should, theoretically, be able to power your PC, but its dimensions (LxWxH) are not a fit in your PC: https://www.ebay.com/itm/375422743713?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110013%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.S....
Not sure if this was helpful or not, the bottom-line is that unfortunately your "Slim" desktop is not the best candidate for a graphics card upgrade.
Kind Regards,
