Can i install gpu in a hp slimline desktop pc 270-p0xx

or would It be a wast? If so what kind?

Without changing the power supply, you can probably squeak by with a Nvidia GeForce GT 710, which only draws 19W of power.

The GT 710 would be better than the onboard Intel graphics, but not by leaps and bounds.

 

If you want to change the power supply, please start a new post because I only upgrade a PC's graphics card without changing the power supply, or doing any other modifications.
