hello, I have an HP Pavilion 15.6-inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV), and I'm trying to upgrade the RAM so I want to look at my motherboard specs. the issue arises when I try to do this because my motherboard doesn't show up anywhere. when looking in my system information it says I have a hp manufactured 88DD motherboard, but I cannot find the specs for this motherboard anywhere, can anyone please help its been hours :(.

According to: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-15-ec2000 and the aforementioned manual (regardless of processor), you can fit up to 2 x 16GB (32GB) of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM.
The manual states this about compatible RAM, quote: "DDR4-2400 dual channel support: DDR4-3200 bridge to DDR4-2666, DDR4-2666 downgrade to DDR4-2400", so possibly 3200 MHz RAM will down throttle to 2666 MHz.
