The second hard drive is not ssd. How difficult would it be to change it to one.

While your inquiry lacks the exact model number, you want to swap out the data drive for a 2.5" SSD device. Is that correct ? Here are the 2 internal hard drive bays. At the 1:13 mark you will notice the HD has been removed from the tray. The 2.5" mounting screw holes are now visible.
