Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G1 i3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have HP EliteDesk 800 g1 SFF i3 processor

Device is approximately 7 years old I am wanting to upgrade to i5 and add more ram am I wasting my time or should I purchase a new device

Are the processors still available for upgrade and if so where to purchase

I am a pensioner so do not game etc would like something that windows update does not affect device to much

You can install up to 32 GB of memory (4 x 8 GB).

Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 UDIMM | CT102464BD160B | Crucial UK

The list of supported processors start on page 6.
