Product: Omen HP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i was half way through playing on my PC when the screen went black, i couldn’t do anything, i couldn’t tab out i couldn’t bring up the window to shut it down or restart it, just nothing. The only thing i could do is turn it off by unplugging it. Now it’s not turning on.
