Hello, I would like to change the graphics card to rtx 4060 currently it is rxt 2060 but for this i need to change the power supply but there are some strange 7 and 4 pin connectors. Are there any adapters or other power supplies suitable for this motherboard that would work with this card?

Welcome to our HP community forum!
I've got good news for you.
Your HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0018nw (1T0Q5EA) as fitted with a Rother motherboard (SSID: 8653), is equipped with a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800. This power supply has one 6+2-pin PCIe power cable.
The good news is that you do not have to upgrade your power supply in order to power an RTX 4060: this graphics card has only a 115-watt TDP (which is far less than the 160-watt TDP for an RTX 2060), and the minimum power supply required for this card is 300-watt according to TechPowerUp, meaning, your 400-watt power supply will do just fine with wattage to spare.
However, you should choose one of the smaller-sized (two-fan) RTX 4060 models powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this one: ASUS DUAL RTX 4060 OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
