The model number needs to be posted before advice can be given.

This is interesting. The 2CJ81EA#BH5 and HP 15-bs109ne do not seem to return the same product. I suggest going to the Crucial site to let the scanner decide just what they recommend for the memory and SSD. (right side of the page)
These upgrades are guaranteed compatible when you order from Crucial.com
It also appears that you might need to use the Crucial site for your country instead of the USA site.

You will need to find another memory that is indentical to your 4GB to work in dual-channel which it will be hard to do....or buy a kit of 2X4Gb RAM to have 8GB in total...motherboard doesnt support XMP...so make sure the memory you buy natively supports plug and play 2400 Mhz speeds...otherwise it will downclock to 2133....
Any Sata SSD of 1tb will work in your laptop...choose by the read/write speeds that are more convenient for you
and I am talking about 2,5 inch SSD...not M.2 ones....I did not see you to have an M.2 slot on your motherboard.
Good luck!
