OOHH !! So basically using that one should not cause any problems with my pc right ?? 

And also is it safe to purchase it from the HP part store ? how do they ship can you pleaaze enlight me, i promise i wont bother you again, you gave me a lot of guidance and i wont thank you enough for that.

The power supply is generally in stock, such as via Spain-HP:

Anyway, I would contact "HP PPS MAROC SARL" in Casablanca: Contact HP - Office locations | HP® Africa and see if you can make an arrangement with them to purchase/ship you the power supply.  I would think that can be arranged.  Or look for an authorized HP Dealer in your country: HP in Morocco (tradeloop.com).

Thank you very much my friend you helped me a lot i was so desperate you must of have noticed it, thanks to you i can upgrade my pc without worrying about buying a part that wont work knowing i already invested in the RTX 4060. I can actually buy the PSU from the hp part shop in france and have it shipped to a family member that will bring it with him. I don’t know how to thank you enough, to your best regards.
