Hello, please help me!

 

I tried this method to reset the password for the setup for model 120-1204er.

. The password is not cleared. Can I do something?

I reset the password on HP OMNI 120-1204er Aio PC by this method
Locate the pins close to the battery http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/HP-Omni-120-1106er-cmos-bios-Pas...

In factory settings strap pins 2&4

1 You need to strap pins 3 & 4
2 power on the unit
3 shut it down
4 remove jumper from pins 3 & 4
5 power on the unit, and your password will be cleared.
