hello, 

my old laptop is hp 15 notebook pc and it's model is 15-r019ne. i searched in many places to know the max memory of it but i didn't know.

how i be sure how much memory  can i  upgrade

Hi:

 

Your notebook can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info.

from where you got that pdf , and if i want to know the cd-rom size, i will found it in tha pdf file.

because i want replace cd-rom by hdd caddy and i want to know the size before i buy it.

Since HP has retired support for the 15-r0xx model series, I had to do a search on the forum for any 15-rXXX hardware upgrade questions and found the link to the manual on one of those discussions.

 

If you look at chapter 1, page 2 of the service manual, it indicates the DVD drive thickness:

 

Optical drive  Fixed, serial ATA, 9.5-mm tray load

According to a HP forum, the maximum RAM capacity of an HP 15-bs009ne Notebook is 16GB RAM.

That may be correct, but the question was about the 15-r019ne, so your answer has no relevance to the question.
