Maybe the 500-watt HP p/n: L05757-800, but unfortunately, I could find no confirmation if this power supply is compatible with your desktop.
One option is to purchase this power supply from a Seller who allows for returns if it isn't compatible.
Another graphics card upgrade option for your 400-watt power supply is an HP Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 graphics card, such as this purchase option: 3060 NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 12GB GDDR6 LHR Graphics Card HP GPU M41998-002 | eBay.
As I have shown in my latest Legacy HP Desktop Upgrade project, this card runs very well on just 400-watt: Solved: Upgrading HP ProDesk 600 G3 MT - HP Support Community - 8544105 and would be a major graphics improvement over your GTX 1650.
Then at some point in time, perhaps you want to upgrade to a newer model desktop.

once I do upgrade my CPU I might upgrade to that rtx 3050, but trust me I will not be buying a HP desktop again, I had to do 3 months of research just to upgrade my GPU to the one I have now. thanks as always cya

No worries, you are not bothering me whatsoever. That's why we are here for.
Yes, with an "F" processor, the old HDMI/VGAs/HP DisplayPort -whatever video ports you got on the back of your PC, will become useless. But that's why you have to utilize your graphics card's video ports.
The audio is unaffected. Whatever audio signal you got streaming from/through the old HDMI and/or HP DisplayPort(s), will now be relayed through your graphics card's video port(s). Summarizing: both HDMI and DisplayPorts relay both video and audio signals, but a VGA port carries only a video signal.
To be honest, most folks -that includes yours truly, will plug in a speaker set, such as this example: Amazon.com: Imdwimd RGB Desktop Speakers 16W USB Wired PC Gaming Speakers with Enhanced Stereo 5-Mod..., and a headphone set.
Hope this was helpful.

is there any cases that are swapple with my pc? I just would like some more air flow for the pc since my graphics card is running at 70 c, and can I find the HP RTX 3050 on the HP part store? sorry to bother you on the weekend,
thanks again bye.

I wouldn't swap cases, I would improve the airflow through my desktop. Unfortunately, I'm short on time at the moment, will have to get back to you tomorrow at the earliest. I am pretty sure we can locate a spot on/in your desktop to screw in an additional cooling fan.
You probably meant the HP RTX 3060 (as there is no HP RTX 3050 -at least not in the desktop GPU format). I would not purchase one through HP, to be honest, but through eBay like I did with mine. Like these purchase options: hp rtx 3060 for sale | eBay.

Hey dude it's okay I get it everyone has there own problems and life's, take as long as you need. And yeah I did mean the 3060 not the 3050 sorry bout that. And how would I increase airflow since the case is pretty much all metal besides the fan in the back and the small airflow vent in the left side of the PCs paneling?
