"so when are you incapable of doing something?" That is a very rude question. I am incapable of doing something when someone doesn't communicate well. Your tutorial is too complicated. Why can I not just send an attachment?

forgive me, but I use a translator, so not always a good translation of what I want to say

 

I'm just asking you when you can't do what is mentioned
first part, use the microsoft software, in order to capture an image
or second part, open the tab available from the community insert Photos

Ok. I have a screenshot. I don't know what "open the tab available from the community insert Photos" is. Are you familiar with the HP Support Assistant? There is a message there saying I have an update available. However, it also says "You must sign into this device to install updates". I have no idea what device it is or how to do that..

so i need to know what exactly it is.
