HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI!  I recently bought HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx and found out after a while that the keyboard flexes a bit, not noticible at all(the typing is extremly great !) but I just want to know from other users of this laptop if it's a normal behaviour.

Thanks

I reviewed your post and I understand that there is little bit of flex on the keyboard.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Are you able to see the available wireless networks on the computer?

I would like to inform you that there will be a little bit of flex on the keyboard and it is normal. However, if you feel the keyboard is flexing a lot then I recommend you contact support and have a check.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

No the flex is not noticeable at all until you click harder on certain buttons. The typing seems really great and confortable.

I also made a video and pposted it on youtube, visit this link to see more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbawbQx0Q3Y

Please confirm to me if it's a normal behaviour or not.

I want to remind you of the product name to be sure: it's an hp pavilion gaming laptop 15cx0xxx 2018 model.

Thanks for your answer ^^

I see the video you have posted and it looks normal. The computer's with plastic chassis will have a little bit of keyboard flex.
