Sounds like a stuck key -- which you can sometimes fix by running hot water over the keyboard and then drying it for several days in a bag of rice.  That tends to work if a sticky substance got poured or dripped onto the keyboard.

 

But if the keyboard is clean, then it's more likely a broken key switch -- and except for the really expensive gamer keyboards, no one makes replacement switches.

 

So basically, you need to look for a replacement keyboard.  USB versions can often be had for $10 or less.
