how do I get a lost disc out of the computer, I have tried shaking it but it still will not come out

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

This is a hardware issue

 

Are you able to open the disc drive

 

I have sent you a private message with the next course of action

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope

Thank you but I gave up and hired a computer repair man who used a small pair of tweezers and got it out
