Hello, I'd like to know if my system is compatible with NVME. It has a m.2 slot. Will upload image of Speccy.

According to this discussion, the motherboard supports NVMe M.2 SSDs as long as you have BIOS A0.14 or newer installed.
According to the screenshot you posted, your PC has BIOS revison A0.38 installed, so you should be fine.
