good morning, I have a problem with my pc and maybe it resides on the hard disk, I will report all the useful information both in written form and in images, but obviously I am available to further clarifications if there were the need, earning in advance anyone who is interested in solve my problem. I am sorry that the text of the images is in Italian and that I write using a famous online translator.
windows specifications: windows 10 home edition, 1903 version, 18362.476 operating system build. We haven't made any changes to hardware or software since the last start-up of the PC that didn't have this problem (it's a shared PC). wired LAN connection.

You've performed the hardware test and it resulted with the failure ID: PGC7V3-8N89SF-XD4CQJ-60UJ03
Here's what the ID represents: failure code 303
Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure
You may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.
Alternatively, you can contact HP to repair/replace the faulty part if the device is out of warranty:
follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
