HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-k0012na

my wireless hp keyboard doesnt connect whenever i turn my pc on. sometimes when it does decide to work the caps lock flashes orange and sometimes it works normally. whenever i uninstall the drivers and restart it doesnt do anything and  i dont know what to do.

i am typing this on the on screen keyboard so i cant type very fast.

the fact that the keyboard flashes, does not seem normal to me, but in this case, the computer starts normally?
you are under warranty, how long have you had the computer?
can you try another keyboard?
I assume you have a keyboard / mouse kit, with integrated dongle (not visible)
