new samsung ssd disk is not recognized

I have installed new Samsung disk V-NAND SSD 860 QVO 1TB   SATA 6Gb/s.

HP EliteOne does not recognized that hardware - in the Control Panel, I can even see this equipment.

You need to format the new 2.5" Samsung 860. Read here.

But I cannot see new disk in Disk Management although it is properly pluged in
