I bought Crucial DDR-4 3200 MHz CL 22 2x8 GB.
Original 2x 8 run CL22 @ 3200 MHZ.
New additional mem runs @ 2933 MHz.
That is, 1 stick runs CL21 @ 2933 MHZ at slot 1.
Also when i swap the sticks from slot 1 to 3.
Cannot find BIOS function to adjust, seems to detect automatically.
Where to adjust? Or wrong memory?

Did you add a single new memory module or a pair?
Since your PC is prebuilt it has only a small number of settings that can be adjusted in the BIOS.
Memory settings are automatically done. New modules either work or not.
The best upgrade is to have all modules be exactly the same.

I added 2x8 at bank 1 and 3.
Original 2x8 remained at bank 2 and 4.
Original is SK Hynix, and I preferred that brand but can't find a place to buy.
So it's best to remove old 2x8 GB and buy 2x16 GB?
Is there a preferred brand, or other things to be ware of?
Like timings?

For the memory upgrade to work as it should, additional memory must match the already installed memory in every respect, Otherwise, removing the original memory is the best plan.
That is why using guaranteed compatible memory like Crucial Memory simplifies the upgrade.
Removing the 8GB modules and upgrading with a pair of compatible 16 GB compatible modules would be a good plan.
Crucial does sell memory in the European Union. I will do a search for a vendor who sells them and edit this post.
