Product: HP Z400 Base Model Workstation

wanting to upgrade my processor to the x5690 , understand that in order to do that I will have to update the bios

in doing so I downloaded the latest version, the update 3.61  and in trying  flash the bios I get an error message

saying file is missing or damaged, after several tries and double checked  I'm still getting the same error message
