Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

On the Motherboard specifications link it indicates your PC can support up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.
The type of memory (UDIMM) that HP indicates is incorrect.
Your PC uses SODIMM (notebook type) memory, as shown in the parts list below.
This should be a compatible 32 GB memory kit for your PC:

Motherboard Specifications, Row correct
- Dual channel memory architecture
- Two DDR4 SODIMM (260-pin) sockets
- Supports up to PC4-25600 (DDR4-3200)
- Supports 4 GB and 8 GB DDR4 UDIMMs
- Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems
note:
32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory. - Supports up to 32 GB (unbuffered) with two 16 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems
note:
Maximum memory shown reflects the capability of the hardware and can be limited further in the operating system.
Don't buy memory unnecessarily @jaybee112 at least check if you actually need it
