Product: HP 20tw touch all-in-one PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The cooling fan I believe needs to be replaced.

I am looking for instructions to proceed. I have been into the backs of some of these models and upgraded memory.

Would feel better having steps to performing the removal and replacement of the fan.

Please state the exact model number of the computer.

What is the basis of your belief?  What causes to the believe a fan replacement is needed?

No AIO machine is a gamer.  Others have tried, and it fails.
