Welcome to our HP User Forum!
According to HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support, your HP Pavilion TG01-0023w Gaming Desktop (6YR56AA) is fitted with the Erica2 motherboard:
All three SATA-data ports can be used for whatever drives you choose to install. Traditionally, the "SATA0" port is designated for your primary (boot) drive, but you can change that easily in BIOS.
SATA-data ports are just that: I/O ports, they cannot be converted or used as (SATA) power ports.
If you need more power, use a 15-pin SATA splitter (one to two/three, etc.) power supply cable.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777
