Your HP 805D motherboard is fitted in desktops such as the HP ProDesk 600 G2 SFF, and the best processor it is compatible with would be an i7-6700K, which, as you know, is not W11 eligible according to Microsoft.
However, that shouldn't stop you in the least from installing Windows 11 on your legacy PC.
