Hi @pzubrod,

Thank you for your response

Unfortunately, I was only able to find the part number for the 180W PSU, which is P20982-001. I’d recommend using this as a reference and checking the compatibility for your unit

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

@pzubrod, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

The HP OmniDesk M02-0000a series, which includes models like the M02-0006, offers power supply options that may help in choosing an upgrade:

  • Power Supply Options:
    • 500 W, 80 Plus Platinum certified
    • 400 W, 80 Plus Platinum certified
    • 280 W, 80 Plus Platinum certified

Depending on the specific requirements of your setup, such as the additional components you may be using, it’s recommended to choose a power supply that matches or exceeds these configurations for optimal performance and reliability.

When upgrading, ensure that the new power supply is also compatible with the motherboard and other system components of your HP OmniDesk desktop.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thanks for the info.

I have been surfing the internet for part numbers for these PSUs. Do you have any part numbers?

Could you please share the serial number with me via private message? I’ll check the part number for you.
