hi, im planning on upgrading my gpu from gtx 745 to 780. im a bit worried that my pc cant handle the 780 i might be a bit stupid i know but I would be really thankful if someone can help me! my mobo is a odense 2B47.

@habodude, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is the Product Specifications page for the computer.  Also, here is the Specifications page from Nvidia for the GTX 780.

 

The first thing that you would have to do is, upgrade the power supply unit (PSU).  The card requires 600W and 1x8-pin and 1x6-pin supplemental power connectors to operate properly.  The PSU in your computer is only 180W.  The next concern is the length of the card.  It is 10.5".  You should measure from the Back I/O ports to the front of the case to assure that there is space for the card to fit with space for good airflow.

 

I suggest that you choose a manufacturer for the GTX 780 and contact their Tech Support to see what they have to say about the card working in your computer.  They are the experts on their products.
