I have HP Pavilion p6110y Desktop PC computer, Model #: NY429AA, Serial #: 3CR9240LZQ.  My internet provider, Spectrum, said to contact you find out why I cannot access my virtual agent on my computer.  What is your answer?

Your computer model is no longer supported - this means there are not drivers, software, documents, or any information available for the computer.

Solution - based on the evidence "No Support"

I would guess you cannot access the Virtual Agent because your system lacks the necessary Operating System version and / or the necessary drivers (updated software) to run the agent program.

Is your HP Product “vintage?  (Ten years of age or older)

Typically, HP stops supporting consumer products after ten years.  Read the policy and find out if your HP device is on the list.
