Hi @AIOme

Welcome to HP Support Community!

We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so, here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊

Thanks for pointing that out—it can definitely be confusing when a familiar key like Print Screen isn’t labeled the way you expect. On the HP 710 White Wireless Keyboard, the Print Screen function is actually built into the F10 key, which is marked with a small printer icon.

Here’s how to use it:

🖼️ To Take a Screenshot:

  1. Press Fn + F10
This captures the entire screen and copies it to your clipboard.

  2. Paste the screenshot into an app like Paint, Word, or an email by pressing Ctrl + V.

🪟 To Capture Only the Active Window:

  • Press Alt + Fn + F10
This grabs just the currently focused window.

Let me know if you’d like help saving the screenshot as a file or using Snip & Sketch for more control. You’re not alone in missing the old “PrtScn” label—HP’s newer keyboards just like to keep things subtle.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved, and if you feel this reply was helpful, click “Yes”.
