According to your computer's specs for an Erica6 motherboard (HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, Erica6 | HP® Customer Support), you can upgrade to an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G (3.8 GHz base clock, 4.6 GHz max boost) and up to 32 GB (2 x 16GB) unbuffered DDR4 3200 MHz (PC4-25600) UDIMM (288-pin) RAM.
[EDIT:] And with regards to graphics cards upgrading, to go really big, the vast majority of serious Gaming Users fitted their HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2xxxx's with the Nvidia RTX 3060-Ti (see: UserBenchmark: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2xxx Compatible Components). Please Note: These folks may use secondary power supply units to power their GPU's as described in my own HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF Upgrade link on page 4 here: Solved: Upgrading HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF - Page 4 - HP Support Community - 8251218.
@DerpyChick, [EDIT:] And then, probably not: the HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2xxxx's are fitted with a 500 watt power supply unit (please check) -if that is the case, this power supply is sufficient to power a Nvidia RTX 3060-Ti.
And don't forget to make your primary (boot) drive an SSD.
Kind Regards,
